By accessing and using Cubixport, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access Cubixport for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
4. Platform Services
Cubixport provides a platform for LCL shipping collaboration between consolidators and co-loaders. All business transactions are conducted directly between parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cubixport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
